What You’ll Do:

As a faculty member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality instruction in Microbiology and Anatomy & Physiology I & II. You’ll engage students through theory and hands-on learning, mentor them throughout their academic journey, and contribute to curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and labs using approved syllabi and instructional methods.
• Regularly update course materials and integrate technology into teaching.
• Set clear expectations and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Track student progress and support retention efforts.
• Participate in university events, training, and departmental meetings.
• Uphold Hallmark’s Character Program and academic standards.

What You Bring:

Required:

• Master’s degree with 18+ graduate hours in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Qualified to teach Microbiology and Anatomy & Physiology I & II.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, non-traditional academic environment.

Preferred:

• PhD or EdD with 18+ graduate hours in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.
