Overview of the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives by designing and implementing seamless integrations across enterprise platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes, aligning them with Salesforce capabilities
• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story development
• Partner with architects, developers, and QA teams to design and test Salesforce integrations with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems
• Support system configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring requirements are met within project timelines
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into technical specifications while ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity across the enterprise

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform and solutions
• Experience with integration platforms including SAP, MuleSoft, and UCDP
• Business analysis and process optimization experience
• Requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Understanding of data security and compliance standards
• Experience with system testing and UAT coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
