Job Description:
The Eugene F. Brigham Department of Finance, Insurance and Real Estate in the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida is seeking to hire a non-tenure-track Assistant or Associate Clinical Professor of Finance.
Primary duties include teaching a range of undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education courses, both online and in person. The position also involves updating and developing course content and contributing to the department’s research environment.
Preferred candidates will have expertise in International Finance, Open Economy Macroeconomics, and Emerging Markets.
Additional possible opportunities available to applicants would include participation in student professional development.
Expected Salary:
Competitive and commensurate with experience and academic credentials.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a doctoral degree (DBA or PhD) in Finance or Economics or related fields. Must also have demonstrated proficiency with respect to teaching and academic research.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not an absolute requirement, a preferred candidate will have experience teaching international finance, open economy macro or emerging markets. Preference may also be given to applicants with prior involvement in the Professional Development of students.
