Your Role:
As a Concrete Pump Crew Member , you’ll work alongside a supportive team to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality concrete placement. No prior experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training to help you master the ropes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in operating and maintaining concrete pumping equipment.
• Collaborate with a small team to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, positioning hoses, and site cleanup.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Travel daily from our central shop to job sites in a company-assigned vehicle.

• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Is reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Can start early—early risers welcome! (Typical schedule: 4:00 AM – 6:00 PM, varying by project).
• Is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic communication skills (cell phone provided for work use if needed).
