We’re excited to add a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Dental Sterilization Technician to our growing team. Monday-Thursday 8-3.

Responsibilities and Duties:

You will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth. The most important requirement of this position is the superior communication skills, and the ability to increase office efficiency while positively impact patients, coworkers, referring offices and the practice as a whole. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Clean and set up operatories for patients.
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Organize and maintain all areas of office.
• Performing regular sterilization tests and recording results.
• Track inventory levels of sterilization supplies and restock as needed.
• Assist clinical staff by preparing treatment trays and ensuring proper instrument availability.
• Adhere to all infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols.
• Dispose of biohazard materials according to regulations.
• Support the dental hygienist with charting.
• Support the front office team if needed.
