As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dealership's operations, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional car-buying experience to our customers. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, finance, and service departments.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve dealership goals.
• Drive profitability by developing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong community relations.
• Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
• Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
• Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and ensure efficient dealership operations.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions to drive business success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
