Medication Technician We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Medication Technician to ensure safe medication administration and support residents’ daily care needs. Key Responsibilities: * Administer medications under nurse supervision * Monitor and record residents’ vital signs * Assist with ADLs and personal care * Report changes in residents’ condition * Participate in group activities and care conferences * Support a clean, safe environment Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Completion of required medication training * Strong attention to detail and communication skills * Ability to work varied shifts Competencies: * Dependability – Follows instructions, responds to management direction; results-oriented and committed to achieving objectives and tasks as required. * Ethics – Works with integrity; upholds organizational values. * Organizational Support – Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization’s goals and values. * Professionalism – Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration; accepts responsibility for own actions. * Quality Management – Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. * Teamwork and Collaboration – Exhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; communicates effectively.
