As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for training team members across several departments on Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), as well as auditing current SWIs and recommending improvements. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Support leadership by providing training to team members across several departments on Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Powered Industrial Truck Certifications
• Play an active role in the development and implementation of new employee introductory program
• Participate on project teams as an operations subject matter expert
• Communicate with and give feedback to process owners and management

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint

• Knowledge of the logistics industry

It’d be great if you also have:

• 2 years of training/coaching experience
• Experience with Raymond Corporation reach truck, order picker and turret truck
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
