Server
Vineyards Country Club is seeking experienced, service-focused Servers to join our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming season. This role is vital to creating memorable dining experiences for our members and guests through attentive, professional, and personalized service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and genuine welcome to members and guests during every interaction.
• Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and reset according to service standards.
• Present menus, describe daily specials, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
• Take and accurately enter orders, clearly communicating any special requests to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs by refilling beverages, replenishing bread and butter, and checking back for satisfaction.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests.
• Accurately prepare and present checks, ensuring all charges are processed correctly in accordance with club policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the dining room and service stations at all times.
• Consistently follow state and local regulations, as well as club policies, regarding the responsible service of alcoholic beverages.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year of serving experience in the hospitality industry; private club or luxury resort experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with POS systems; experience with Club Essentials is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to carry a full service tray confidently and comfortably.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
