This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of iSoftTek Solutions Inc. We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer with Microsoft Dynamics & Figma in the United States.

This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented designer who will craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for enterprise applications. You will focus on delivering seamless experiences within Microsoft Dynamics 365 while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs. This position offers the opportunity to influence product usability, mentor peers, and shape the visual and interaction standards across digital platforms. Working remotely, you will contribute to high-impact projects that improve productivity, efficiency, and user satisfaction across diverse business processes.

Accountabilities

• Design and deliver clean, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable UI/UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
• Ensure consistency of design language and adherence to accessibility and usability standards.
• Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design and design thinking across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively in remote teams.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
